If your item is faulty or broken in transit, please pop us a message so we can refund or replace. We don't however accept returns for changes of mind.
Depending on what particular item you have ordered, production takes 1-2 weeks.
Please note these are all custom made to order items. Designing, Cutting, Making & Packing takes more effort, love, Care & Time especially a One-woman business like mine!
You will find production times of each item in the product description. Although if you need something by a certain date and what to make sure it will arrive in time, please get in contact so we can prioritise your order as best we can!
Yes! From our home Studio in Mango Hill 4509 we offer pickup for orders. When checking out you can select the pickup option instead of postage. You will then be notified when your order is ready for pickup with further instructions.
Free postage - This is only optional for smaller products (cake toppers etc) This comes as untracked letter postage and can take 2-6 days for delivery
Standard Postage - This is through Australia Post and can take 2-6 days for delivery
Express Post - This is through Australia Post and can take 1-3 days for delivery
These times are for postage, production of product has its own processing time.
if you need to make changes please get in contact ASAP so we can update your design etc. If it's too late in the production process, it might incur a small extra fee.
